8. User Responsibilities

- To provide accurate information when making bookings or communicating with service providers.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Eudor or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform without our express written consent.
10. Liability Disclaimer
The app and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on the platform or that the services will meet your expectations.
We are not liable for:
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided by service providers.
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Any issues related to bookings or services provided by third-party service providers.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the platform after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Cebu City, Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Cebu City.
